What pallet racking system will work for you, we can help

Oracle Storage Systems do offer free site surveys & designs to give you the best possible pallet racking layout

Bolt free pallet racking can accommodate all types of goods, from the most fragile items to the heaviest and most awkwardly shaped loads. The unique system provides easy access to all stock, simultaneously supporting and protecting each pallet individually and independently.

Drive-in pallet racking: Provides storage for pallets whilst using a minimum of floor space. It offers the same goods protection and preservation as other rack applications but with reduced selectivity. Any standard reach or counterbalance truck is suitable for use with the system.

• Reduce costs by keeping products blocked together.
• Excellent solution if high storage capacity is a prime consideration.
• Widely used in cold store conditions.

Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking: Narrow Aisle Racking consists of the same basic components as wide aisle racking but with the runs of racking placed closer together eliminating the wasted space of a wide aisle. The pallets can be stored to a greater height to maximise all available space. The pallets are accessed via specialist trucks which are guided in the aisles by either wire in the floor or floor mounted guide rail.

Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking: Very narrow aisle and crane served racking provides the most space efficient way of storing pallets with all of the aisle width reduced to the very minimum and racking heights of up to 30 metres.

Push Back Pallet Racking: Push Back Racking is a form of live storage with pallets being stored two, three or four deep. pallets are loaded onto a trolley or carrier which pushes the other pallets back up a channel rail. When a pallet is removed from the system the remaining ones in that lane will roll forward. Pallets are accessed from one side only

Dynamic pallet racking: Storage encompasses all types of ‘Live’ racking which includes Pallet Live Storage, Carton Live Storage and Push Back Pallet Storage and can be supplied for use with pallets, cartons and tote bins.

• First-in-first-out (FIFO) stock rotation; ideal for fast moving or perishable goods.
• Dramatically improves order picking efficiency and warehouse productivity.
• Offers high storage

High Bay Warehouses to Single Run Stores: Installations from the largest high bay warehouse to the smallest single run store will benefit from using our pallet racking systems. Its design means less on-site assembly time, reduced maintenance and increased reliability when compared with pallet racking having a bolted construction
